Well, I couldn't keep my promise... I couldn't order Ark of Truth on a real DVD. It's just so damn complicated, ordering from Amazon! I agreed with Dad that I'll download it in as good a quality as I can find and we'll buy it at the first possible time (maybe when they visit my cousin and her husband and son this summer in England - I can't go! ). So that's what I did. It's sitting on a DVD, all two xvid-avi files in over 1 GB. Not bad quality.

(Not real spoiler warning, I'm not about to tell the story, just a few general things...)

But it's so unfair! I'm not even upset about the original DVD now. But that movie was really exciting, and there were brilliant ideas and scenes in it, and still, several things are just MISSING for me. For one, part of the plotline was absolutely unnecessary. The writers put in something that was in my humble opinion simply not what the movie should have been about. Okay, we all know, the movie had to be about the defeat of the Ori. Okay, we got that, but there was another thing in it that had nothing to do with that. Sure, it was interesting, but when the whole things is just so damn SHORT... 100 minutes in all. Barely over a double episode. I know, it's not a real, big movie, but still. They should have payed more attention to the main plotline if they didn't have enough tiime anyway!

I'm not saying I don't love the film. I do. It just needs a tremendous amount of fanfics to be complete. It had practically no beginning, and the end lacked a lot of things too. So, if anyone feels like I do - prequels, sequels, missing scenes and tags for this "double episode", please!!!!!! We need to complete it.

I'll be doing that, too - AFTER my final exams. I'm disappearing off the face of the Earth right now, and I won't emerge until around the second half of June - the end of the verbal exams. Make no mistake, I'll probably be reading because I'll need a little rest from the Abyss of Studying for Final Exams - but chances are I won't be reviewing much... never mind about anything else. Sorry. There are miracles in the world (cause I'm feeling really guilty about not updating Inao) and I believe in them, but they're not very frequent...
